Spruce tip Gin Old Fashioned

Build in a rocks glass:

2 oz. 50 Fathoms Gin

1/4 oz. freshly-squeezed lemon juice

1/2 oz. spruce-tip infused simple syrup

Moxie spruce tip bitters

Ice.

Top with soda water and garnish with lemon peel and freshly harvested spruce tip

 

BEE'S KNEES

IN A SHAKER TIN:

2 oz. 50 Fathoms Gin

3/4 oz. honey syrup 

1/4 oz. lemon juice or less to taste

Shake ten times and strain in to a coupe glass.  Garnish with lemon twist

 

HIGHBUSH CRANBERRY GIMLET

IN A SHAKER TIN:

2 oz. Icy Strait Vodka

3/4 oz. cranberry juice

splash of Dipper Kitchen cranberry syrup

1/4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

Shake with ice for 10 seconds and strain in to martini glass.  Garnish with Moxy cranberry bitters and a lime peel

in a shaker tin:

2 oz. Icy Strait Vodka

3/4 oz. simple syrup

1/4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice

Shake with ice and strain in to a sugar-rimmed, chilled coupe glass.  Garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz. Icy Strait Vodka

Q Ginger Beer

Ice

Garnish with a lime wheel

MIX IN A GLASS PITCHER:

2 oz. Wrackline Rye Whiskey

Dash of simple syrup

3 generous dashes of Peychaud's bitters

1 dash of Angostura bitters

Rinse chilled martini glass with Green Siren Absinthe and dump out.  Then strain mixture in to glass and garnish with orange peel.

1/2 oz. 50 Fathoms Gin

1/2 oz. simple syrup

5 drops orange bitters

5 drops Angostura bitters

Shake with ice and strain in to martini glass.  Garnish with an orange peel.

2 oz. Boatwright Bourbon

1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth

Dropper of apple bitters

Stir with ice for ten seconds and strain in to chilled Coupe glass.  Garnish with a cherry.

2 oz. Boatwright Bourbon or Wrackline Rye Whiskey

1 lemon wedge, squeezed

1/2 oz. honey

Hot water

Garnish with a lemon wheel
