Manhattan 2.jpg

Manhattan’s

Finest

We love our Whiskey based cocktails. You can find our staff usually enjoying an Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, or a Manhattan when they come to the Tasting Room. We do many riffs on all of these classic Whiskey cocktails, but this Manhattan variant is really something. Our friend, known as Chef Travis, made this beautiful fermented Italian plum syrup that really complimented this cocktail special. We infused our Rye with some figs and made some walnut bitters to really add some depth of flavors to this drink!

Manhattan’s Finest

1.5 oz Fig Infused Wrackline Rye

.50 oz Fermented Italian Plum Syrup

.25 oz Sweet Vermouth

1 Drop Vanilla Extract

5 Drops Walnut Bitters

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass. Strain and garnish with a cocktail cherry.

We infused some of these tasty peppers in our Icy Strait Vodka and all of the great flavors came through. Mixed with a splash of 50 Fathoms Gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine, you have a great twist on a martini!
