Queen Bee 

Craving something with a boozy bite that’s still crushable? Look no further than the Queen Bee. Featuring 50 Fathoms Gin and our Green Siren Absinthe, this little number packs an herbaceous punch that is ideal for lovers of classic cocktails such as a Bee Knees or the Last Word. 

1 oz 50 Fathoms Gin

.5 oz Green Siren Absinthe

.75 oz Honey Syrup

.5 oz Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.  

Shake and double strain into a coupe. 

Garnish with an orange twist.

 

Lavender Lady

Eye-catching and floral, the Lavender Lady is a crowd pleaser! With blueberry-infused 50 Fathoms Gin and a Lavender Syrup, this fancy sipper is worth the extra effort. 

1.5 oz Blueberry Infused 50 Fathom Gin

.5 oz Lavender Syrup

.5 oz Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

 

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake until egg is emulsified. 

Add ice and shake again.  

Double strain into a coupe.

  • 2 cups water

    2 cups sugar

    1 cup dried lavender

    Add ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.  Remove from heat and allow to steep overnight. Strain and bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. 

  • Take 3-4 ounces of frozen blueberries and add to a large vessel. Once thawed, pour in a full bottle of 50 Fathoms Gin and steep overnight. Strain and store at room temperature. 

 

Red Sunrise

You know what they say —  red sky in the morning, sailors take warning! The Red Sunrise goes down easy with a split base of 50 Fathoms Gin and Green Siren Absinthe and a crisp, fruity flavor that is dangerously delicious. 

1 oz 50 Fathoms Gin

.5 oz Green Siren Absinthe

.5 oz Strawberry Syrup

.5 oz Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

Shake and double strain into a coupe.

 

Though the Grapevine

Take a simple cocktail but add a bit of spice! Our Through The Grapevine allows 50 Fathoms Gin to shine with citrus flavors from lemon juice, grapefruit syrup and just a splash of ginger. 

1.5 oz 50 Fathoms Gin

.75 oz Grapefruit Syrup

.5 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp Ginger Syrup

 

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. 

Shake and double strain into a rocks glass. 

Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit slice.

 

The Highbush Gimlet

The Highbush Gimlet is one of our most popular drinks year round! A riff on the 90’s classic Cosmopolitan, we put a Southeastern Alaska spin on it with our house made Highbush Cranberry syrup.


1.5 oz 50 Fathoms Gin

.75 oz Cranberry Juice

.5 oz Highbush Cranberry Syrup

.25 oz Lime Juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. 

Shake and double strain into a martini glass. 

Garnish with a lime twist.
